Owner-Occupancy Requirement Amendment

An amendment to the Connor Knoll Declaration of Restrictions was recorded on December 15, 2022.  The amendment added subsection m to Section 7 of the document.  Anyone purchasing property in Connor Knoll POA after the recording date is subject to an owner occupancy requirement for 5 years.  Leases must have a term of at least 1-year.  Short-term rentals are prohibited.
