Architectural Request Form

Click here for the Architectural Improvement Request Form. Be sure to read the Architectural Guidelines first before submitting. If any improvement that could possibly extend into a Common Area, Utility, Drainage or Sewer Easement, Landscape Easement, Landscape Preservation Easement or Lake Easement must complete an EASEMENT AND UTILITY ACCESS WAIVER.

 

All requests for approval must be accompanied by a plot plan showing the location of the proposed improvement and the distance between the home and all property lines. Failure to provide this could lead to a denial of your proposed project.

 

A plot plan is a survey of your lot. In other words, a detailed drawing showing your lot's various lines and easements. Plot plans are usually enclosed with your closing paperwork. If you cannot find your plot plan or don’t have one please get in touch with these companies below to have your land surveyed or if one is on file:
